Ashli Komaryk, founder of Komaryk Communications and Beyond the Wine, offers a unique blend with

her Italian sommelier studies, Canadian MBA studies and international training and coaching business.

She has supported teams in North America, Europe and the Caribbean.

Ashli believes in helping teams cultivating the human connection to create meaningful interactions and memorable experiences for clients and among teammates too. This is the foundation of Ashli’s work as a trainer, leadership coach, facilitator and international conference speaker. Working with individual leaders and teams, Ashli helps build engagement, cohesion, drive and success. Her workshops, seminars and coaching programs provide practical tools and actionable skills to build and lead high-performing teams.

Ashli is also an Alumni Coach in the UBC Coach training program and a sessional faculty member in the MBA program at University Canada West, teaching OB, HR and Leadership.
