Virginia Munden has enjoyed a distinguished 30+ year career in real estate, beginning as a licensed REALTOR® in the early 1990s during the exciting era of pagers, payphone booths, paper listings, and private kitchen-table meetings. After achieving early success as a Sales Representative, she transitioned into coaching and consulting, founding The 90 Day Challenge and helped shape the foundation of the real estate coaching & education landscape across Canada and Europe. Today, alongside her daughter Isabella Munden, she serves as Co-Founder of BUZZ BUZZ MEDIA INC. and The BUZZ Conference in Toronto, where the industry comes together to inspire conversations surrounding housing, advocacy, market intelligence, innovation, collaboration, and elevated best practices. Above all, Virginia considers her family to be her greatest accomplishment.

Previously, he served as a Senior Economist with Nova Scotia’s Department of Labour and Advanced Education.

He is a four-time proptech growth leader (Trulia, RealScout, Local Logic, Upfront) and a born-and-raised New Yorker — Fun fact he lived in Montreal for 5 years and his best decision was marrying his Canadian wife. Pierre is also a father of four boys, which means he's had plenty of practice negotiating with people who don't listen.
