Bob Cella's staggering success in real estate stems from an interesting story. The tattooed, pony-tailed Cella was rejected in his first 2 interviews with Coldwell Banker, and landed a position only after an outlandish guarantee to the hiring broker: he swore he'd be the agent's Top Producer in his first year. Bob led the entire Hawaiian Island chain in volume that first year, and for 13 years after.
“I was the most ordinary guy you’d ever meet,” he says. “I had no success in anything prior to this stage of my life. I was not educated – I barely graduated from high school. I barely got by. Then I found the Law of Attraction. It changed my life. It gave me everything. I would have no success without it. And the best part is that it works for everyone, every time.”
