Carla Rayman Kidd has been a licensed full-time agent since 1997. She is a CIPS, RSPS, ABR, SRES, AHWD, and Bias Override instructor and has presented at seminars and associations all over the world. In addition to teaching classes, she has developed courses geared to students who work with foreign buyers and sellers.
Carla has presented at the National Association of Realtors, Prudential and Coldwell Banker national and international conventions, as well as conferences across the USA as well as in the Bahamas, Belize, Bermuda, Brazil, Canada, Costa Rica, France, Honduras, Jamaica, Mexico, Panama, Spain, Thailand, and Venezuela.
Carla is the past NAR’s Global Coordinator for North America/Central America/Caribbean (2016-2020) as well as the former President’s Liaison to Panama. She currently serves as a President-Elect of FIABCI USA and becomes President in May 2023. In addition, she was appointed as the Director of Development and Strategic Engagement for Coldwell Banker Island Affiliates in the Caribbean and Western Atlantic.
